1. When Can I Redeem My Cashback / Bonuspoints ?
Your Cashback usually tracks in pending status within 5 minutes to 72 hours of your shopping via PointBazaar. Cashback is Confirmed in 48 Hours to 90 Days depending on the retailer you shop at. You can only redeem/withdraw Confirmed Cashback or Bonuspoints. Confirmed Cashback can be redeemed in 2 ways:
- Via PAYTM Payment or via Gift Cards.
- Confirmed Rewards can only be redeemed as Gift Cards.
You can request for payment only once you have Rs.299 or more Confirmed Cashback/ Bonuspoints. You can club your Confirmed Cashback and Confirmed Bonuspoints to redeem them as a Gift Card if the total is Rs.299 or more

2. What does Confirmed Bonuspoints mean?
Confirmed Rewards are those that have been approved as valid sales from retailers. Once you have Rs.299 or more Confirmed Rewards you can redeem it as an Amazon / Flipkart Gift Cards.
1. What does Pending BonusPoints mean?
Pending BonusPoints are those that we have tracked as transactions via PointBazaar & have been acknowledged by retailers. However, since they are still within the Return or Cancellation period you cannot Redeem them yet.
Once the cancellation/return period is over, the retailer will confirm these BonusPoints and pay us in the next monthly payment cycle. We shall then Approve to your Confirmed Earnings. However, if you cancel your order, the BonusPoints are cancelled as well.
3. What does “Payment Pending” mean?
Once you request for payment of your Bonuspoints a Gift Card the status of your Rewards changes to Payment Pending. You will receive an email with details about your requested Bonuspoints .
4. What does Paid Bonuspoints mean?
Once your Requested Bonuspoints are sent to your Email via a gift card the status of your Bonuspoints changes to Paid.
5. What does Cancelled Bonuspoints mean?
In certain cases like cancellation of order or in case the retailer declares your transaction as invalid, the status of your Bonuspoints changes to cancelled. This means we have not been paid by the retailer and therefore will not be able to pay you any Bonuspoints .
1. What is this Cashback offer from PointBazaar?
We receive referral commission for driving traffic and sales to our Merchant / Partner store’s website. We pass on big part of that commission back to our customers / User as Cashback Reward / Bonus Points which they can redeem through PAYTM / Bank transfer/ Amazon & Flipkart Gift Cards.
2. How can I earn cashback via PointBazaar?
Login to PointBazaar and look for your favorite Online Store >> Click on Get Coupon Code / Activate Deal / Visit Website. Make Sure you click on their site via link given on our site. Shop and make the transaction with the Online retailer’s site like you normally do.
Retailer pays us a commission for this sale. We big part of that to you as ‘cashback’. Initially your Cashback remains in ‘Pending’ status. Once the return period for the product is over, your cashback status becomes ‘Confirmed’
Now you can redeem the amount any time via Online Transfer / PAYTM Wallet / Amazon & Flipkart Gift Cards.
Remember : It is to remember that before making any transaction on our partner website you MUST be logged in to PointBazaar.com and Visit via Our unique Link to partner website / merchant. Else the transaction will not get tracked and you will loose your Cashback / Bonus points.
3. I made a purchase but have not received any cashback email for it. What can I do?
If you made a transaction less than than 3 days ago, please wait a little longer. Typically it takes between 24 – 72 hours for retailers to track sales, so you could still receive your cashback email automatically from our end.
However, If your purchase was done over 3 days ago, please submit a missing Cashback Request visiting Help >> Missing Cashback Request Or HERE.
Any Missing Cashback Report will not be accepted after 10 days. Sometimes, though rare, retailers fail to track a transaction on their end. After we receive transaction details from you, we can follow this up with the retailer, and try to get your missing cashback.
Generally, sticking to the terms and conditions provided on our retailer page and ensuring you follow the recommended process will minimize the risk of anything going wrong.
4. Can I visit the retailer directly, and just send you a receipt to get my cashback?
Obliviously not! In order to earn cashback, you have to visit the retailer via our unique link.This is how the retailer tracks that we got them the sale, and we would receive a commission from them and pay you cashback from this. If you go to the retailer directly, then we will not be able to claim any commission and pay cashback to you. Also,
We recommends you not to use a reference or code provided by a comparison site. In that case, the commission from the sale would be paid to the comparison site. If we do not receive any commission from retailers we would not be able to give cashback to you.
5. What are the reasons for a cashback to not track or track incorrectly?
When you visit a retailer via our website, our systems can track that visit and record an ‘exit click’. Thereafter, if you don’t see about your cashback in your Account >> Cashback >> Transactions , it is likely that somehow the retailer has missed the transaction. In these cases kindly Submit a Request by visiting – Help >> Missing Casback , we will chase the retailer and do our best to get you your missing cashback. In some cases the retailer may decline your cashback, such as:
- The purchase was returned, cancelled or the order amended.
- The purchase was not completed fully online.
- Another referrer has been awarded the cashback commission (e.g. a price comparison site) if you have used their referral code in between.
- You did not comply with the terms and conditions listed on our website and/or the retailer’s.
- A voucher code or gift code not authorized by our website was used.
- The retailer has ceased trading or has gone into administration.
- Cookies were disabled and hence the tracking could not be completed.
6. Where do I can check my cashback earnings?
You can Sign In to PointBazaar here (https://pointbazaar.com/newlogin) and then go to – Cashback >> Overview & check your Cashback Earnings / Transactions till date / Bonuses till date.
7. How do I request payment of my cashback?
When you have a ‘Confirmed’ status of your Cashback, you can claim your cashback by Visiting – My Account >> Cashback >> Withdrawals.
Right now we only offer PayTM transfer & Amazon & Flipkart Gift Cards ,but soon other option like Bank transfer will be available too.
(Please note that only Cashback with ‘Approved’ status will be paid. Until we receive payment from retailers, Cashback status remains as ‘Pending Verification’ and won’t be paid to you.)
Important : Kindly check the Approved cashback amount EXCLUDING Bonus Points before placing the withdrawal Request. The calculation is – Total Cashback Amount – Bonus Points = Rs.299 or More
- 299 or More Is Eligible for withdraw to Online Transfer / PAYTM Wallet.
- Total Bonus Points (1 Bonus Point = Rs.1 ) = 499 or More Is Eligible for withdraw as Amazon & Flipkart Gift Cards.
**As Amazon & Flipkart don’t allow Cashback, so It will be in the form of Bonus Points and at the time of withdraw the cashback amount, we will SEPARATE these Bonus Points from Approved Cashback Amount and will disburse the Rest of the amount to the Selected Mode of Payment. Bonus Points amount will be left in your account.
8. What are Bonus Points ?
Bonus Points are also like Cashback but can only be redeemed as Amazon & Flipkart Gift Cards. This is because Amazon and Flipkart only allow you to redeem your PoinBazaar Bonus Points as Gift Cards.
9. What does Pending Verification , Approved or Rejected status mean?
When you click through from PointBazaar and make your transaction on a merchant site, your action is tracked by the merchant and reported back to us . When the transaction is first reported, it will be given a ‘Pending Verification’ status. It means that the retailer has tracked your transaction and indicated us about your purchase through PointBazaar . Sometimes your transaction is declined often because of you return the purchased item back to the retailer.In this case your status will also switch to ‘Rejected ’.After a certain number of days, when their is no return and transaction is confirmed your status will normally switch to ‘Approved ‘ status. This means that the retailer has agreed that all is fine with your transaction and your cashback is now confirmed from our side. You can now claim your cashback at any time either through Online Transfer / PAYTM Wallet / Amazon & Flipkart Gift Cards.
10. Why I have not received my cashback yet ?
Because it generally takes quite a while for your transaction details to reach us via merchant and therefore for your transaction to become approved we need an authentication from retailer side that you have made a purchase on their site through PointBazaar.
11. How much time it will take to confirm the cashback ?
If every thing goes smoothly ( No cancellation / return / refund ) then within 40 – 60 days the status will be reflect as “ Approved”.
